Quilt Picture List of Names on the Quilt
The Horsehay Methodist Chapel Quilt was constructed in 1890 and comprises of 634 names linked with the Chapel. Each person was invited to embroider their name on a section. Some only put their initials, these are extremely hard to trace. The Quilt is put in storage and will be put on show in 2008, when the chapel celebrates it's 150th anniversary. Members of the chapel are trying to find out as much information about the people on the quilt, which will be put on display alongside the quilt.
